My Story

Hello, my name is Connor Hess-Cavazos and I am the founder of Handshake Logistics. I am 31 years old, Catholic, married to my wonderful wife, and a father of two boys living in Moscow, ID. I've been a freight broker for almost 4 years.

 

I got into this industry by making a friend on Twitter who offered me a job, and I haven't looked back. I love the industry, and the people I've met along the way. I am extremely blessed to work with so many real Americans who farm, build, trade, and provide for this country.

I consider it an honor to assist the real builders and providers of this country, and I will always do my best to be forthright, available, and reliable. I named my company Handshake Logistics, because, like many of you, I believe in the old school way of doing business. I believe in straightforward, honest business dealings where a handshake means more than a greeting.

Today I am starting my own company, and I humbly ask that you give me a chance to move your freight. I've worked with hundreds of clients, and my goal is to make that thousands in the upcoming couple of years!
